Episode 3 won't install Xbox one

I purchased the full game with season pass on Sunday and every episode has installed but episode 3. I tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling the episodes, rebooting the Xbox but it won't install. Any ideas or is this a known issue that is being addressed?
