Talking to Rocket in the engine room
Is there any actual conversation to be had? He told me he'd be down in the engine room if I wanted to talk and when I go down there to talk to him, he has nothing to say.

Yeah, there's a conversation to have with him. The way it worked for me was that I went to Halfworld with him, and once we were back inside the ship, I went to the engine room to chat with him again and there's two different dialogues to choose.
Yeah that was a bit odd in the first Milano visit, but the second time your able to talk with him about what happened on halfworld.
Yeah. I got that one. But there's another conversation before that. He invites you to go talk to him down in the engine room and he has nothing to say when you get down there.
