I bought Minecraft Story Mode Season 1 for the Wii U. Unfortunately season 2 won't be on the Wii U so I'll have to settle with the PC version. Is there any way I can transfer my save files?

    My 1st Steam account got restricted. Now i want to purchase MCSM via Telltale Store, but if i purchase from Telltale Store, can i transfer my save files? Because the game comes from diffefent store

    And talking about Telltale Digital Download, can i redeem MCSM S2 Steam Code in Telltale Store?
