Can I import my save from Xbox one to PC?

I played episode 1 and 2 and I want to continue to buy on steam. Can I import the save from the cloud?

    Yes indeed. Just connect your telltale account on both platforms and enable the cloud storage.

    But they only talk about ios, android and PC/Mac.
    My save is on Xbox One. Can I do the same thing?
