It might be possible for Aiden to come back
You never actually defeat Aiden instead the "cops" take him away most likely arresting him but he can escape and the portal is lit so it might take awhile but it is 100% possible for him to come back and from what they make it sound like the special flint and steel is hidden inside every world in the hallway so he could find the sky city worlds flint and steel or as they call them "portal keys".
(I'm pretty sure I'm right about the portal keys being hidden in every world in the hallway but if not tell me)

To continue the story of him that ended in fifth episode ... It doesn't make sense.
It could be possible, but I think it would be more possible if you make peace with Aiden at the end of the episode, he could come back to his homeworld and help you defeat the Admin.
I really doubt it will happen
His arc is over, if we ever happen to go back to that land it would be nice to see him though
