Batman TEW not on my games list

in Batman - The Telltale Series

Basically what I wanna know is, does Batman: the enemy within, first appear on my games list, when the game is actually out? or is it suppose to be there from the moment I buy it?
As you can probably figure out, it's not on my games list, and it has turned past midnight my time, so I am just wondering whether it might be a few hours, or something went wrong with my purchase.

Thanks for any help clearing this up.

    On steam right? I’m pretty sure it should appear once purchased I have a game pre ordered on steam and it’s in my games list just not playable. Also usually telltales games don’t come out on steam till 10 am PT.

    Nope, bought it on telltales website, which is why I am a bit skeptic, I know steam has a worldwide policy, but I don't think telltale does. The problem is mostly that it seems like the game doesn't exist within my telltale games list

    I suspect the game will show up once it is officially released, but not beforehand. I get my Telltale series on Steam so I'm not speaking from first hand experience but just speculation.
