Batman the enemy within Codex (possibly choice?) bug

So I've just finished Ep 1 of season 2. was cool. looking forward to Ep 2, no "Next time on" disappointed me though, but to the subject at hand.
After I finished the Ep I went to the batcave to read codex and Gotham feed and such, when I came to Montoya's passage, it said that I had been and interrogated Eli, left him bleeding
on the GCPD floor and that she would't like that, but in game I went to Mori so I think this is a bug.

    I got that too, probably not a bug, but an oversight.

    There is no "next time on"? Weird. Are they taking their time. I hope it's not four months for barely an hour and a half episode.
