I Loved This Game Its So Nice And Work With Batman The Enemy Within.. The Episode 1 Was Very Cool So Is The Batman Joker History Which Are Seeing From Years Were Joker Knows Batman Very Well And Batman Knows Joker Very Well Will In This Season Or The Next Will They Both Be Friends And Work As Friends In Later Upcoming Batman Seasons Like The Batman Offered In The Cartoon Which Came Out Recently BATMAN THE KILLING JOKE

Im pretty sure since he did not know who he was in arkham asylum he did not know who the joker was and if he did he would call him joker and plus joker would not be in all these public places

Well to be honest I doubt it. You mentioned the Killing Joke, well regardless of all the analysis and theories and everything about this very loved story there was one point it made perfectly clear: the Joker will not change, and people have made several different interpretations as to why but the main point is that he won't. Its a tragedy that will never be fixed as Batman and he are put in constant cycle.
Also I mentioned this on another thread but the way the writers describe the Joker choices effect is what KIND of Joker he is. Now you can watch the videos yourself on Telltales youtube page to confirm for yourself what you think they meant. To be fair it is possible by what they're saying, but please take it with a grain of salt, I still remember people disappointed that there was no choice to redeem Harvey and just two different Two-Face's.
