Episode 202 help (bug)!

in Minecraft: Story Mode

I got the MCSM S2 season pass on Mac/Steam. I finished episode 1 without any problems, but when I started to play episode 2 it kept freezing! After Lukas rescues you from the admin, you then get a choice to say "I missed you" "Thanks Lukas" or something else and after I choose then Jesse says it but then the game freezes! I don't think it's the computer's problem because I literally just got this computer days ago. And Steam is the only thing I downloaded on it. I contacted Telltale but they aren't responding...please help!

    Try to Verify the cache (STEAM).

    1.From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.

    2.Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game files... button.

    3.Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minute
