Please Add A Minecraft Story mode Creator

Can you make a minecraft story mode creator? In this Creator the player will do whatever they please. Where you can create custom blocks and mobs and even download skins from there. you can customize the players size and different limbs. you can also create custom armor. you can also use your voice to act. this will give the players to do whatever they want.

It would be ultra difficult to do that, so I don't think they would do that
But, if you want to have a custom minecraft movie, you could search for tutorials on how to do a minecraft animation
