Cant download episode 3 on ps4 when its out.

I try to download episode 3 but it says you already own the season pass wtf I know I own the season pass but I want to buy episode 3 I think the psn store recinoised ep 3 as the season pass please fix this quick telltale thanks for making my day worse.
