Episode 4 Coming Soon Error

I know that we've seen this Telltale error before in games like the walking dead, but I seem to get around this. I've done numerous different things, all at the behest of Telltale Support, from updating my disk drives, uninstalling the game (and every other hard reset imaginable). Has anyone else had and solved this problem?

    I dont think it's an error. That is, if you are on xbox 360 like I am... Epidsode 4 is unavailable even for purchase in the Xbox store, and the wiki page shows that it was never released. I purchased the season pass immediately when it was first available, and I'm really hoping that it is "coming soon".
