Minecraft Story Mode Season 2 Episode 4 - Problem PC

I'm have a Minecraft Story Mode Season 2 on the telltale.com in the PC and i have a problem.
I'm tested downloaded episode 1 - 3 and the game is good work run, after downloaded episode 4 the game is broken.

The loading screen before on the main menu is broken, loaded infinity non-stop

    Thank you for contacting us. We are aware of this issue and are working on a solution. As a workaround, please try switching your system language to a different language, such as English or one of the other languages we provide subtitles for. I apologize for the inconvenience that this issue is causing, and we are working on a more permanent solution. Once we have more information, I will let you know.
