Can't download episode 5

Hey guys, it's been over 3 weeks since the episode came out and I could not play it yet because it's impossible to download. I sent lots of emails to telltale to try to solve the problem but it's been a week now that they do not answer me anymore ... I must admit that it's very annoying because I really want to To play it and after 3 weeks it's pretty disappointing. Am I the only one in this case? Or else do you know how to solve the problem? Because it looks like telltale really let me down... :neutral:
