If we ever get a mini-series or DLC episodes, I would love to see it being focused on the admins.

As Eric had said himself, when Xara and Romeo appear together, they would steal the show. The 3-episode story could be about them getting their powers, (and how Fred and Xara lost it.)which eventually leads to Xara being locked up and Fred dying. It should end right after that as we all know what happens next.
The obvious choices for the protagonist would be Xara or Romeo since they are developed characters.
The original MCSM has a lot of plot holes regarding these three. Like, if their powers can be taken, that means they aren’t gods are they? So that means they got their powers somewhere. This plot thread is just left hanging right now.
Probably not gonna happen, but hey one can hope right?
