My Support Ticket's been abandoned?

I created a Support Ticket about the fact that, despite my Season 1 save being on the game with Cloud Saving enabled, Season 2 could not locate it. At first, they were very good about responding. Then, they asked me for screenshots of the save and my choices. I provided them and have not heard from them since. It's been four days. My iPad is running out of space due to the presence of Season 1. Does anyone know what's going on?
