If you're mean to her all the time, you say that you don't trust her and you always side with Gordon you will always get her outcome: Angry.
In Ep 3 make sure to blow your cover.
You tell her is all her fault and that she's useless, and in the end of Ep 4 just side with John, and she will be furious.
The game makes you work undercover for her no matter what; she knows Batman's secret identity, so you have to capitulate to her demands.
then, how can you get anything other than content in ep 2?
Like Kaelthas said, you can do little things to piss her off along the way, but you'll be working with her undercover regardless.
Well technically, if You stop playing before the 1st episode ends You won't have a chance to start working for Her undercover.
