Harley apologizing in Episode 2
In the scene in Harley’s office in Episode 2, do you think she was being genuine or just manipulating Bruce? She is shown to be very uncaring as the series progresses so I’m not sure.

I think she was genuine though only in that scene. All other times were manipulation and lies.
