Gordon's fate
I was wondering, does Gordon get his position back if you request for him to get the highest honors? I know in the Vigilante walkthrough it can end with you and Gordon being partners, but I'm not sure if that's the same as him being reinstated as commissioner.

There are three choices you need to pick and each of them will decide what Gordon will do. If a season 3 is planned then what you do at that point will be mentioned there
For me I told him he could retire. Feel with where the situation is going it's better that way
Yes. The highest honors choice leads him to getting his job as commissioner back. Pretty sure asking him to be partners is not the same as getting his job back. Probably have to tell him to fight for his job for that.
