Game never delivered

Hi, i've bought The Tales of Monkey Island (the offer of july 7 th Special Edition), but i havent received the game yet. I write here because i send you many many many many email at your support email (support@telltalegames.com) but I never received a response. I would like to know if my order has been already shipped. I give you once again my invoice details in case you needed:

    You don't get the DVD until the end of the season.

    What you purchased is the downloads of each episode. There is the option to pay shipping once they are all released and receive it on DVD, but there are two episodes out already that you can play right now. You can find and download them by clicking on the "My Games" icon (looks like a joystick) at the top of the site. Really hope this helps you and enjoy!

    The other respondents are correct. You'll get the physical copy once the season is over (and once we produce the Collector's DVD, which will take some time).

    Also, please avoid posting personal information on this forum, as it's very public :)
