Mac users: ToMI in Crossover Games now works with all graphics quality settings!
Hi all!
I just updated to the most recent version of Crossover Games, and ToMI is now an officially supported game.
The best news is that you can now run it on ALL graphics quality settings (previously you were restricted to a maximum of quality 3). Try it!

But I sure hope Telltale's not going to use that as an excuse to keep refusing to develop a native version...
9, last time I checked. And no, Telltale probably won't make a native Mac version regardless of Crossover Games: they would probably have to roll out a DRM system that isn't reliant to Internet Explorer first.
You would still have to install IE6 in the bottle to get the regular version to work.
However, I installed Snow Leopard two days ago and my Telltale games stopped working in CrossOver Games (even though I installed version 8.0.0, the first one to officially support Snow Leopard).
So, I deleted everything and did a clean install of CrossOver Games.
Then, I created new bottles (with IE6) for my games and now, they stop working the second the launcher appears on screen (I get a message that starts with "The program MonkeyIsland101.exe has encountered a serious problem..." and ends with "...This can be caused by a problem in the program or a deficiency in Wine").
So far, I've tried Launch of the Screaming Narwhal, Culture Shock and Homestar Ruiner, with no success whatsoever.
Any idea?
This didn't happen with Chapters 1 and 2. What am I doing wrong?
Thanks to Codeweavers' Ken Thomases (see this thread on the Codeweavers forums), I managed to get all the other games back to "up and running" but I'm not having any luck with this one.
Hoping that Ken or any of the other awesome Codeweavers employees can help me get it to run...
Edit: Problem solved thanks to pygy (see this thread in the Telltale support forum)!
