Haven't you tried changing it yet?

Better lighting with bloom and depth of field effects basically. The game looks lovely on the higher setting!

I always play on the lowest level because my laptop can't handle more. I've seen the highest level on my brother's PC, though, and I can't say it makes too much of a difference, I'm perfectly fine with playing on the lowest level.

I play it on the lowest setting too, but I've seen it running on high & I thought it looked much nicer.

Maybe somebody can do some screen caps of lowest & highest settings.

Lowest. Lags on all my computers if I put up the resolution and quality. I even have to play in windowed mode since the smaller resolutions doesn't have widescreen...

here you go. highest has better shading, reflections, and more detailed textures. level 9 detail on the left, level 1 detail on the right.

on the settings screen, try changing the details between 3 and 4 - you'll see the shading on the 'back' signpost change.

there isn't a big difference though compared to most games. the real difference is when you compare it to the horrific wii version!

Ok, I can see the difference. Still, they look pretty similar.

That was fun, I like playing spot the difference.

I honestly think this game would be just as enjoyable on low settings than it is at high. But still, you can spot the difference. Only just though...

I don't know. I haven't tested poorer graphic settings since game seems to be running fine with max settings.
