Is openload.co a virus?

Just today I noticed chrome having pop-ups at the lower right corner that says something like openload.co is updated in the background for a few times.

1) Is this a virus or some sort?
2) if yes, how do i remove it? i don't think eset is can detect it.

    anyone?

  • Openload is not a malware site... It's like File Sharing site...

Most of the site is showing some intensive ads when you click the "Stream/Play" or "Download" Button to pay on their users about the File Uploads, It's best thing to close their pop-ups in about few times and then your content will be delivered to you.

Beware on some sites that pretends to be Openload.co as they are popping out everytime if you're not in the Genuine Website

  • thanks, how do i remove it?

  • If you don't think the notifications are important to read or the program is of any importance to you, block it.

  • If you don't visiting the site, Just block it.

Try clearing the Browser's Data such as Cookies and some Residual Caches in it if the problem persist
