Can't download Ep. 2 of TEW after PC crash

Hi! I downloaded Ep. 2, and shortly before the download was finished my PC crashed (has probably nothing to do with the game). Now whenever I try to download the episode again it doesn't even really start downloading and says it's unable to download after a short time.
What can I do?
I already tried uninstalling and re-installing the game, didn't help.

    I wish I could help you out Joni... but I doubt I am sitting on the solution of your issue.
    I hope you manage to get help or sort it out yourself.

    You could message one of the moderators, maybe they know a solution. I highly doubt it but you could always try ;)

    Sooo... since Telltale seems to be back again, and since I want to continue the game, I thought I might give this another try.
    (It's about Ep. 3, not Ep. 2, if that's of concern.)
    Maybe now anybody knows a solution?

    (I will also try to write a support ticket.)

    Hey @JoniOdin: You ever get this sorted out? Just curious....

    I know that off the main telltale page, in the bottom right corner, there's a blue support button that should get your requests to the right place.
