Can only download S1 episodes 2 - 8, not episode 1 on PS4

Has anyone had the same problem? How can I download episode 1? Is there a loophole?

If anyone has the same problem, I was able to fix this by rebuilding my PS4's database and then downloading the episode thru my library.
