The game is written by Mike Steemle: who wrote Telltale BTTF, Tales of Monkey Islands, and Sam and Max seasons 2 and 3. More gameplay here

I was a little worried looking into the devs previous work but knowing they got Purcell and a writer who wrote for the telltale games has me pretty at ease. According to the article its coming out in the first half of 2021 rather than the latter. Considering getting a cheap VR headset just for this.
