Force game to use secondary monitor fullscreen

Hi all, I have a dual-monitor setup and I'm wondering if there is a setting somewhere in the config files that will tell the game which monitor I want it to fullscreen on?

Most games I can just put it in windowed, move it to the monitor I want, then fullscreen it again to make it use that monitor but unfortunately that doesn't work here, it always uses the primary monitor. The main workaround I know of is to switch which monitor is my primary but I'd like to avoid that. Another workaround I found was starting the game from Big Picture mode in Steam but that has its own quirks as well.

    I don't have multi-monitor so can't test, but if you use Alt-Enter to switch between full screen and windowed mode, is that any different?
