When can I expect a response from Customer Support?

I've sent multiple support requests at this point regarding my Batman - The Telltale Series Season Pass not working with no responses so far. Any estimated response time?

    Each time i've contacted i've gotten the same agent each time whos name starts with an 'O'. He's honestly really helpful.

    For me when I contacted about a year ago about an issue with my account not working it took about 3 days for the first response but they responded faster after that. All results will vary.
