When can I expect a response from Customer Support?

I've sent multiple support requests at this point regarding my Batman - The Telltale Series Season Pass not working with no responses so far. Any estimated response time?


  • Each time i've contacted i've gotten the same agent each time whos name starts with an 'O'. He's honestly really helpful.

    For me when I contacted about a year ago about an issue with my account not working it took about 3 days for the first response but they responded faster after that. All results will vary.
