Chapters 1 and 2 both weren't released at midnight pacific time, but during office hours. Chapter 2 was released shortly past 8 am pacific time, that is shortly past 5 pm CET. So I wouldn't hold my breath for chapter 3 just yet.
I'm in Australia and I think it comes out around midnight of the 29th (which would make it the 30th I guess), so I just wait until the next day and get minimal sleep, haha!

Although a lot of people outside the US did complain about that, so I don't imagine it'll be that late again. Point is simply that it could pretty much go up any time, I wouldn't just sit here all day waiting for it.
Just a note from my workplace that I'm also waiting. Fortunately, I have things to do, so it's not JUST waiting. However, when I get home in six hours finding that the game wasn't yet released... then I'll REALLY wait.

Haha, don't ya just love the hours before the release of the new episode!? It's just chaos; complaining, guessing the amount of hours until the release, ridiculous threads, people expressing how excited they are, etc. It's great!
Might as just wait, since once of the down sides of episodes are, they dont have much time, so it isnt gonna be released right before the deadlines or even a bit after, either check back at 00.00 tonight your time or just tomorrow the 30th.
It's full of a horrible evening, staying up ridiculously late smashing the refresh button, and then a horrible night of waking up every hour and hitting the refresh button, only to have it come at 3am in the morning!
I live in the UK so I don't expect to get it today. But I plan on downloading it tomorrow morning. Tomorrow's my graduation day too, so the new chapter will be another thing to look forward to tomorrow!
And yes, haydenwce27, the hours leading up to a new episode are total insanity!! Love it
