Trouble activating game
I bought some games from TellTale several years ago before the new ownership. I'm having trouble activating the games. The first one I tried is Jurassic Park. After I installed the game, it asked me to enter my username and password. Error message said something about having trouble communicating with the server and refused the password. So I logged onto the website here and successfully reset my password to something else.
Afterwards, I tried to activate the game - but it still refuses to activate. I also bought several other titles like Wolf Among Us. Tried to activate it - and it throws up the same error message.
Submitted a ticket to TellTale support 2 weeks ago - haven't gotten a single response. Anyone know what the fix is?
