    If you're referring to Tales of Monkey Island, you haven't yet ordered the disc version of the game. You've ordered the digital download of the game. The disc version won't be available to order until after all 5 episodes are released, and at that time you will pay the shipping and handling only if you choose to order it.

    There wasn't really a CD version of that though, unless you count something like Monkey Madness or FMtowns.

    Tales has been. The suggestion is that perhaps they've been waiting since before the release of Screaming Narwhal for their disc to arrive.

    I think he is refering to monkey madness, thats the only disc version of MI2 I know of.
