    Yep. Far as I know, there's two ways to keep her alive.

    The easiest way is to fight Arlen and do all the quick time events. If you hit them all, Arlen will be too injured from the fight to throw Maya in the airlock.

    You can also save her if you trusted Rayen, but that requires you to make specific choices: you need to break up Arlen and Rayen's fight in episode 1, keep Rayen's leg, and find the medicine for Arlen in episode 2. Do all that, and Rayen will trust Drummer enough to fight back against his brother, which winds up saving Maya.
