Cannot download Episode 4 from Playstation Store (PS4)
Hi to everyone! Hope every of you is having a nice day.
I've recently bought a retail copy of Batman: the Telltale Series for PS4 and I've been able to play until the third episode. However, I've found out that, unfortunately, I cannot download the fourth episode of the game from the store. The problem is this: in-game, the episode is marked as 'Purchased, but not downloaded' and when I get redirected to the PS Store page of the episode, the Download button does not appear. It does not happen for the other episodes. I've contacted the customer services but they couldn't do much but to tell me to send an email to Telltale to try find a solution. Has this problem ever occured to you? At this point, I'm short of ideas.
