How can I unlock the treasure chest murray is locked within? :-S
I can see a lot of people has unlocked, so.. am I just an idiot? ^^

    What annoyed me most about that puzzle is that I somehow got the idea that I had already tried that. When i tried it again later just for the heck of it, I facepalmed...

    Same here...
    Already had secured the other two votes, just Santinos missing.
    I'm quite sure I did try the hook (and almost everything else from my inventory) on the chest at the very beginning - before even talking to Bugeye about membership - and Guybrush refused to. Turning on hints to max didn't help either, so I had to resort to the hints thread :o.

    Using your hook will unlock it but not open it. Once its unlocked you still have to click the chest again for Guybrush to actually look inside.
