How to get into the mannatee

I dont get how to get into the manatee (to get jimbo)

Any hints? :)

    I've got the same problem. I've read the manatee language book, tried to give the manatee the fish, but it says I have to learn to speak to the manatee. What now?

    You need an instrument to talk to it gardengirl

    I think the manatee prefers something more tasty and rare.

    About learning to speak, Morgan gives you clues, but let's say, it involves voodoo.

    I am a bit curious as to why the fish doesn't work as an alternate solution to this puzzle.

    Because it is strongly established in the episode that giant manatees' like to eat seahorses. It says nothing about them liking to eat fish. Plus the fish has a different use.
