Hmm, I don't think Telltale ever got rid of old game purchases on accounts (aside from some third party titles from very old purchases)? If so, try contacting Telltale Support and see if they can help you. I don't think they use the forums, but you can try their Support page!
It's currently showing "Could not load your entitlements" on the game page. I noticed they made a few small changes to the website in the days before the announcement, and I suppose I should have guessed something was coming. One of their little changes might have messed up the entitlements screen. If you need to re-download one of the games that you bought directly from Telltale, as Blind Sniper said, contact Support.
