Stuck in belly (TOMI chapter 3)

I looked through the threads and didn't see anyone else with this problem, so maybe it is an error or some kind.

I got down to the belly, but after chatting with the pirates I am stuck at the screen where Morgan is standing to the left and Santino (skeleton) and Moose are visible on the right side of the screen. The only options are: exit to mouth, strange growth, Santino, and Moose. I can't get to the rest of the crew or find where you click to get to them. Any hints would be great!

    Try walking past Moose, to the right and a bit towards the screen, and you should be able to walk to where Noogie is. You pass by him in the same fashion to continue down- that one tricked me.

    It won't let me walk past him. What does the screen look like? I don't see a screen, I see the bar, Moose, Santino, Morgan, strange growth, a turtle shell, and the part that he slid down to get to the belly. Maybe I should try starting it over. Getting frustrated with being stuck here with no options.

    You completely forgot about having to use the keyboard (or the mouse-click&drag-thingy) to walk around since the previous chapter, but rather clicked on the floor and wondered why Guybrush didn't move, right?
    The very same thing happened to me at the beginning.... :o
