Sam and Max Season 2 DVD order

Hi,

Back in July I ordered the Sam and Max Season 2 DVD, but when the parcel came you'd sent me season 1 (despite what the invoice says). I sent an email to the support email address on 1st of August and got an automated response (issue-19693) but have never received any other response or a resolution to my issue.

What's going on?
