    Murray won't let you join because denying you entry is a great form of torture. If only there were a greater form of torture if you joined up.

    After the first failed vote, go talk to Murray.
    He says he'd only vote for you if he knew you would be tortured for it
    Have you spoken to Noogie about the Brotherhood yet? He will give you the induction manual for new members of DUBMI.

    Oh well, it's not really torturous enough. Take a look at the manual.
    Hmm... the cover is loose. In games like this, it means you can probably swap the book cover with another book.

    Use the unclogged protuberance to get to the Iron Monkey, and open it
