WTH!? SE no box, no nothing!?
I'm not buying MI-1 SE I don't want to DL IT! I want to own it in a box, LA needs to take their stuff more seriously. They don't even have Lucidity on their page!
Atleast TTG has the sense to have a box buy. I don't want a stupid DL file! FFS!

And it's already been on sale for only $4.99 once too.
try 5mb... (and i think the ega was 1mb...)
Joking aside I'm just teasing I like having a box too but I guess for the price its not too much of an issue for me.
which is even more reason that it shouldn't be 2 and a half!
Zero packaging, zero emissions from shipping the products, it makes way more sense to distribute media this way. Everybody wins. Except the people who want a nice box for their game, while i float in the ocean that has consumed my house. Thanks box.
I'm simply excited about adventure games making a return and sort of anxious or envious that they don't get the respect of a box and graphic design in their presentation of being an item to hold, like every other game out there being made.
I love how TTG gives the box option.
I just don't feel as secure and together with a cheap DL file burnt to a CD...it just feels like I'm DLing a fan project of the highest quality and making my own copies...
There's infinite amount of down load copies, it's just not the same thing as buying a hard copy made by Lucas arts, owning one of a set amount of copies, even though there's many, and opening it up and possessing it. It's not the same thing at all.
I don't need those DVD-cases for games but I like my Music-CDs in proper cases.
Or would you wait for a MI2 Remake? I think I would.
You might be psychic or you could just be smart. That might just happen. Well, atleast 1-2 remade in a box together I could see.
I enjoyed MI4 but I think script was a bigger problem. You get used to the 3D and controls, most people play it all the way through. It's not like Simon 3D's controls that are used for tedius puzzles, eek that upsets me some times. HAven't beat it yet but it's been a while since I last played it. Simon 3D that is...
Ah, but is that practical with the Special Edition? I got the impression it was stitched into STEAM and could only be run thru STEAM
If you think about it logically for a second, it makes perfect sense. The only way you're getting a CD of this game is if it's released in bargain bins in a shitty jewel case with a big "CHEAP GAMES" or something logo on it, it's only $10.
Think logically here dude, and stop ranting like an idiot. It just wou'ldn't have worked at retail, if it wasn't downloadable it would have never been made.
3 could use cleaned up higher resolution... I agree about 4 different controls and better character models.
Woah... any idea why?
Oh yeah, I forgot about his/her strange sexual comments. They stopped that though I thought. Probably one of those things though, you're right.
I assummed he just changed his user status to Banned as a joke.
Although David E was one of the members who had recently viewed his profile page, so it's possible.
I take that back, he has also recently viewed my profile....
:S
no, just kidding...but back to topic: i like boxes as well. i bought the first four fallout3 dlcs on disc only to find out, that they won't release the fifth one unless i buy the goty edition. one should at least have the option to spend some extra cash on a physical medium for the collection.
Don't worry, GameSpot says it's really bad anyway.
I haven't got fallout 3 dlc, the core game was enough for me, and it's too much money for content that isn't even as big as a good old expansion pack.
Problem solved.
