Do you have an official release date?
Not yet. When we have a date to announce, we'll post it right here in this thread, and on the blog (like we always do). Until then, "October" will have to suffice I'm sorry to say!
So at least Telltale are still sticking to October as the release date.
Personally I'd prefer a *better* ep.4 rather than an *earlier* one - I can wait for as long as it takes to release it, as long as the quality is up to par!
I kinda want to enjoy my Halloween instead of agonizing over a release of my favorite game. Even if it comes out before I wont be coherent enough to even play it until November.

They release screenshots and stuff one week before.
They will hardly release the game on a friday since they prolly want to be able to hotfix stuff, that's why tuesdays are optimal.
Now I hope that your knowledge of German and French suffices to read and understand those articles yourself. ;-)

I guess you are understanding it wrong. It says that there is no known date but that they think it might be next tuesday or thursday.
I could say that I think they might release the game in 12 minutes from now. It would mean the same. And It would be as false until the blogpost would tell us that it will be released on the date I speculated... Or in those 12 minutes.
"This side of Melee Island" doesn't mean "on Melee Island", it's more like "this far away from Melee Island". IE, "the wildest watering hole that's not the SCUMM Bar."

We're getting close though. I mean, it's normally like a week before hand they announce the date, last time it was like 6 days?
They will probably keep their promise, it'll piss off a lot of people if they don't.
The waiting is agonizing, but at least we know it'll be out in 10 days.
