CSI: DI Case 3 Ring

I have just started the third case and I collected all the evidence from the crime scene. I have this ring and the help I get is...."I would like to know more about the ring" So I figure I have to do something with it.

I looked at it under the microscope and I see fuzzy edges and it is hand made.

What else am I suppose to do?

    Ok, it was a small glitch in the game. I had to talk to "dude" in his room and click the international symbol of no, that red circle thing withthe line through it, to trigger the victoms husband to arrive.

    I hope this helps someone else who gets stuck at this part.
