How do I eat the pepper? I can pick it up with my hook but I don't know what Guybrush should be eating to make his tongue impervious....

    If you dont have the pepper yet you cant use it since it gets locked

    Well grog or Phat something drink doesnt help. Is there anything else Guybrush can drink ingame?

    Thanks, I solved it! Now I'm stuck on Part 4. I've gotten to the idol but what do I do once I'm there?

    The solution to Part 3 is
    to use the tongue-numbing device in De Singe's lab, and to pick up the pepper with the hook
    .

    Now what do I do with that blasted red idol?

    When you get to the red idol unfold the left pieces of the map, and a hidden trail will appear on it. Follow it.

    I don't see where the pepper is in the club 41.

    Finished the game, thanks you guys! :)

    I don't think the pepper shows up until you need it (task 3) but it's on the right-hand side of the bar (opposite from the dartboard/barkeep).
