In-game help? readme? docs?

Is there any in-game help about how the interface works? For example, can I combine inventory items? Can I choose whether to look at or use an item, or does clicking just do the one it feels like doing? Can I double-click to move faster? What do the three icons in the car-chase part of the game do? And so on.

There is no readme or ingame help, but the interface feels very intuitive - except you cannot choose whether you want to look at something or use it. The exception is if the object is in your inventory, where you can right-click to look.

There's absolutely no way to 'break' the game, the player can't do anything 'wrong', and the interface is very simple. Given this, I think it is okay not to include the manual and just let the player experiment with clicking stuff.

I found the game to be very intuitive. However, I agree that there should be some sort of in-game documentation. Some sort of SamNMax'opedia accessible by pressing F1 or something.

Thanks, everyone -- I think that's enough to get me where I need to go. I agree, the game is quite intuitive; just surprised me not to see even a rudimentary here's-how-to-play in the game.

The easiest way to figure out whats going on is to just press things and see what they do. You can't ever actually lose or die, so the worst thing that will happen is you'll do something funny and/or unexpected. :)
