after Guybrush was stabed and he offered to make Elain his queen and she told him to go to hell and he said oh well cant say I didnt try and then he said "Looks like WE'LL be doing this with all the voodoo" not I but we implying hes not alone in what evers gona happen next

I don't think he was talking about another person. I use "we" all the time when I'm talking about myself or even someone else. It's hard to explain it, but it actually happens quite often.

ohh Iv never done it b4 unless theres another person so I thought he ment we as in him and voodoo lady mabey although theres still a chance he could meen we in they way I thought XD

One curious thing I did notice though was the look LeChuck gave to the judge while he was saying he is willing to "put himself at the mercy of the court or lack there of". It was like LeChuck was manipulating the whole court session to keep Guybrush on Flotsam, get the voodoo lady imprisoned, and manipulate the events to get Guybrush to find all the ingredients to make the sponge grow.
