Sponge part 3

How do I get part 3 of the Sponge quest done? I've tried mucking with the map. After getting frustrated, I tried checking the forum with no luck. Can anyone tell me how to do this part please?

    Check the Monkey Island Hints forum. There are several threads there that may give you the information you need.

    Ask the Voodoo Lady. I got stuck at one point and she dropped a hint.

    "?" marks the spot. And you'll have to mess with the map twice.
