Encountered this bug a few minutes ago. It's jarring because i didn't save once, and the autosave is just before the Voodoo Lady beckons me over after being freed, (Which is what triggers this bug).

LOL at the name of the screencap you are not the only one to have had this happen there is a savepoint that TTG put up to help.... as game bugs go its sort of a funny one.
