Why is it so difficult to install after crash?

My computer crashed right after paying and clicking on Download & Install button on the finish page, my card got charged but computer crashed, where the heck do I go to re-install the game since it never got installed in the first place? Why is this process so difficult?

you should be able to download the demo, run it, and say "I already purchased this", if I understand correctly. Once you fill out your order info, you can play.
