Did not receive receipt via email

Hey guys,

I purchased the Wallace & Gromit season a couple of days ago, and while I can see the purchase in my account online, I never received the email receipt for the purchase, nor the one with the key for the original free download of Episode 3. I'm sure the email you have for me is correct since I used it to activate Episode 1, plus, I'm receiving subscription based news from you.

I've checked my spam and there's nothing there from you guys regarding this. I also sent an email to support@telltalegames.com, but haven't heard anything back. It's not the biggest deal since I have a record of the transaction in my account on your site, but I thought you might want to look into why the transaction emails didn't get to me.

    We had a couple issues with our mail server the last few days so it might have gotten lost. All the info in your MyTelltale account should be correct though. If you really need the email I can probably wrangle up a way to resend it, so let me know.

    It's just fine. If for whatever reason I have trouble activating the other episodes I'll contact you guys. Thanks so much for the explanation,
