You Italians think of the kinkiest shit...

    Haha! Great cosplays!

Referring to Guybrush, the boots are absolutely perfect, and the coat's wonderful. I know how annoying painting patterns on large amounts of fabric can be like. XD

The wig(?) is styled wonderfully, though it sits a bit high on the head and your(?) hair can sorta be seen peeking out. But otherwise, keep up the good work!

Yep, making painting patterns on large amount of fabric is a LITTLE annoying! :D
(Indeed, we made these cosplays in a few days, with the consequent lack of quality...but I'm happy it came out well).
And the wig is almost impossible to do better (without spend too much!)...
    THANKS ;)

It was a joke. I think that in translation the humor was lost. I didn't mean to offend you.

Oh, that was a miracle! For only 12 bucks the boots were mine! Bought at the flea market, I've only add a strip of leatherette and painted it with acrylics blended with polyvinal acetate glue. Not so enduring but pretty nice.

I would pay them if they get a real-life Stan's coat.

I think even the military would pay big bucks if somebody actually created the effect of Stan's jacket. Think of the camouflage possibilities...

    Awesome costumes!

Where do I go to buy these?
  • edited November 2009
For me, making your own costume is much more fun and fulfilling than simply buying a premade one. However if you don't have the time or skills, if look hard enough, you can find people that you can commission to make costumes. They can get pricey, as a general warning.
